If the customer shipping address is different from the customer billing address, the customer must list the shipping address as an alternate address on the login/delivery page.

| | How do I return my order? | Please send us an email with the order number and the reason for return returns@dvdr.co.uk. Once we receive the customer email we will issue a Return Authorization number to the customer within two business days (Monday - Friday).
Terms and conditions of the 60days money back guarantee The goods (not parts there of) must be returned back to dvdr.co.uk un opened. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the shipper.
The refund will be credited at the current selling price on the dvdr.co.uk site, provided that this price is not higher than the price at which the item/s were purchased. If the product is not for sale on the dvdr.co.uk website then the refund will be at the purchase price. This offer is in addition to your statutory rights.
The 60 days starts from receipt of order, and the goods must be sent back to dvdr.co.uk within 60 days. All goods must be sent back to dvdr.co.uk with a courier that requires a signature and time/date stamp

| RETURN POLICY |
Any products to be authorized by us for return must be processed within
30 days from the date of the invoice. Shipping and credit card processing
charges are not refundable. Returns must be sent to us freight pre-paid.
Before returning any product, e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization
(RA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RA number. The RA
number is only valid for 15 days after it has been issued and must be clearly
displayed on the shipping label. Products must be returned 100% complete,
unused, and in the original packaging.
Products must be accompanied by any manuals, accessories, or spare parts
that originally shipped with the product. Products being returned should
be packaged with the utmost care and with sufficient padding to secure its
safe return. Some items might have to be returned to the manufacturer for
warranty issues. We will inform the customer in that case. |
The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders placed by
The customer (the customer) at any time during access to the dvdr.co.uk
website. No contract exists between the Supplier (dvdr.co.uk) until the
Supplier (dvdr.co.uk) has received payment in full from the customer. The
customer will receive a 'Notice of Delivery' e-mail at this point in the
order process. It is at this point a contract is created between the Supplier
(dvdr.co.uk) and the customer (the customer).

| 1) Product Availability |
All products listed are subject to availability.

| 2) Price Amendments |
The prices quoted are subject to alteration by dvdr.co.uk. Where the price
quoted changes after you place an order for the relevant item of stock but
before the order is confirmed by dvdr.co.uk, dvdr.co.uk will notify you
of the new price and invite you to reorder the item of stock at the new
price.

| 3) Product Order Procedure |
You may order products listed and made available on the dvdr.co.uk Site
by purchasing either:
Online
The dvdr.co.uk site allows you to place your order easily, safely and securely.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and VAT at its current rate will be
added to your order. A delivery charge may also be incurred, this will be
advised when you order goods. Please note that your credit/debit card will
not be charged until your item or items have been despatched to you. Our
integrated shopping cart facility totals up the items as you buy them on
the site. This keeps a running total of all the items you wish to purchase.
There are three stages:
Add a Product When you find the item or items you wish to purchase simply
add the item to your shopping cart by entering a desired quantity for the
item in the data entry field provided and confirm by clicking the plus icon,
this will change to show the item is in your cart.
View Shopping
Check the quantity is correct. Adjust the quantity if needed.
Check out
Enter the shipping address manually, or if you're logged in as a registered
user select the required shipping address. Select delivery price from the
options available. Enter credit card details when requested.
You will then be given an on screen printable receipt and also receive a
confirmation e-mail on the status of your order. |
| 4) Order Confirmation |
All orders are subject to confirmation by dvdr.co.uk. dvdr.co.uk may
confirm the whole or any part of the order. A confirmed order will constitute
a binding contract for the sale of the stock which is confirmed. dvdr.co.uk
will endeavour to confirm accurately completed orders to you, within 8 working
hours of receipt, subject to:
(i) Availability of stock;
(ii) Accuracy of stock prices; and
(iii) Available form of payment to dvdr.co.uk.
Working hours means 09.00 to 17:30 United Kingdom time, Mondays to Fridays
inclusive, excepting bank holidays and other public holidays.

| 5) Prices |
5.1 The price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at
the time you place your order.
5.2 If an error is found, we will inform you and offer you the option of
reconfirming your order at the correct price, you may of course cancel your
order.
5.3 Any additional charges, such as any applicable delivery costs will be
clearly stated when you proceed to 'Checkout' your online shopping basket,
this will allow you to view your total order before entering your payment
details.

| 6) Value Added Tax (VAT) |
6.1 All prices contained on this dvdr.co.uk site, in any quotation or
price list (provided by dvdr.co.uk) will include VAT (unless stated) which
will be charged at the rate in force at the time of despatch.
6.2 Your final goods price will be clearly stated when you proceed to 'Checkout'
your online shopping basket, this will allow you to view your total order
before entering your payment details.

| 7) Forms of Payment |
7.1 Credit Cards
For all online, orders we accept the following credit / debit cards: Visa
/ Delta / MasterCard / JCB / Solo & Switch. We do not take the funds for
your order when you place the order with us as we only 'Pre-authorise' your
card for payment, only when your order is ready for despatch do we collect
your funds. If we are unable to despatch your order, it cannot be despatched
or is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail.
7.2 Company Accounts
dvdr.co.uk are currently not offering accounts to customers.

| 8) Title of Goods |
8.1 The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery
8.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the Supplier has
received in full (in cash or cleared funds) for the debt due to it in respect
of the goods, which are or which become due to the Supplier from you on
any account.
8.3 The Supplier shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods notwithstanding
that ownership of any of the goods has not passed from the Supplier.

| 10) Delivery |
10.1 Unless You have otherwise agreed in writing, goods shall be delivered
to the address you advise when placing your order with dvdr.co.uk.
10.2 Delivery Prices and estimated times for delivery are quoted on this
basis for UK Mainland. From time to time dvdr.co.uk may offer Free Delivery
on items ordered by you, should the total order value (net of VAT) exceed
an offered amount to UK Mainland Only. In the event that dvdr.co.uk agrees
to delivery outside the UK Mainland you will be advised of your delivery/insurance
charges.
10.3 Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods
received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the
package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED".
10.4 If our couriers are unable to deliver to your address stated in your
order to us. Our couriers will post a card to that address asking you to
collect or contact them to re-arrange a further delivery to you. If you
do not contact them, the couriers will only hold a parcel for collection
at your local depot for 5 days before returning it to us.

| 11) Delay/Non Delivery |
You are noted to Print a copy of the final order page for your own reference
when you place your order with dvdr.co.uk. You can print this off for your
own copy invoice. Orders placed online will receive an automated reply by
e-mail. You will then receive a further e-mail from us outlining our estimated
delivery date to you. If You do not receive the goods within 5 days from
the date shown on the e-mail outlining our estimated delivery date to you.
dvdr.co.uk must be notified immediately so we may trace your goods for you.
Note that the couriers will only hold a parcel at your local delivery depot
for 5 days before returning it to us.

| 12) Return of Goods |
12.1 Should you wish to return an item to dvdr.co.uk, please advise us
of the following information (by e-mail), you can use our contact page,
contact form to advise us: • Your Name • Address • Daytime
contact number • E-mail • Product(s) you wish to return & product
code
12.2 It would also help us if you could advise us of the following:
• The date you ordered your goods and the date you received them • Order
number (Provided when you place your order) • Reason for return (Ordered
in error, Damaged, faulty etc...)
12.3 We will then provide you with details on how to return the item and
provide a return address.
12.6 In relation to hardware products please provide the unit, complete
with all accessories, cables, manuals, etc.
12.7 For your own protection any items returned to us should be sent by
a secure method which requires a signature upon delivery (e.g. Recorded
Delivery) and should have insurance to cover the cost of the goods while
in transit to us.
12.8 All returned items should be kept complete and in a stock condition.

| 13) General |
13.1 dvdr.co.uk shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations
when such failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to
English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of
any dispute arising from the contract.

| 14) Cancellation |
14.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end
of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below).
14.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice
to the us by letter or via e-mail, giving details your name, address, the
goods ordered, order reference number, date ordered and their delivery.
14.3 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been
delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us
at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are
not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
14.4 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, we will
refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receipt of goods at our warehouse
for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for
the goods.
14.5 If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge
you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
14.6 You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for
computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for audio video consumable
goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned. 14.7 We will supply in
writing a returns address and instructions on how you can return goods to
us upon receipt of 14.2 (above)

| 16) Warranty and After Sales - UK Only |
16.1 All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects
for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
16.2 Should an item purchased appear to be faulty, please look for visible
signs of the breakdown and consult the fault-finding guide in the manufacturer's
handbook, if any. If the product still fails to function, then e-mail support@dvdr.co.uk,
advising of the problems and faults you have. Please include your original
purchase transaction ref. number and the date the item was purchased. Please
remember to check plugs and fuses first to ensure that failure of a functional
part has occurred.
16.3 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from
fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third
party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow
the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without
the Supplier's approval.
16.4 If goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify
us in writing via e-mail: support@dvdr.co.uk
16.5 If you are a business customer the Supplier shall not be liable to
you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of
profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses
or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused)
which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.

| 17) Title for Business Customers |
17.1 If you are a business customer until ownership of the goods has passed
to you, you must:
17.1.1 store the goods (at no cost to the Supplier) separately from all
your other goods and goods of any third party in such a way that they remain
readily identifiable as the Supplier's property;
17.1.2 not destroy, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging
on or relating to the goods; maintain the goods in satisfactory condition
and keep them insured on the Supplier's behalf for their full price against
all risks to the reasonable satisfaction of the Supplier. On request you
shall produce the policy of insurance to the Supplier; and;
17.1.3 hold the proceeds of the insurance referred to in condition 6.1.2
on trust for the Supplier and not mix them with any other money, nor pay
the proceeds into an overdrawn bank account.
17.2 If you are a business customer your right to possession of the goods
shall terminate immediately if:
17.2.1 you have a bankruptcy order made against you or make an arrangement
or composition with your creditors, or otherwise take the benefit of any
statutory provision for the time being in force for the relief of insolvent
debtors, or (being a body corporate) convene a meeting of creditors (whether
formal or informal), or enter into liquidation (whether voluntary or compulsory)
except a solvent voluntary liquidation for the purpose only of reconstruction
or amalgamation, or have a receiver and/or manager, administrator or administrative
receiver appointed of its undertaking or any part thereof, or a resolution
is passed or a petition presented to any court for your winding up or for
the granting of an administration order in respect of you, or any proceedings
are commenced relating to your insolvency or possible insolvency; or
17.2.2 you suffer or allow any execution, whether legal or equitable, to
be levied on your property or obtained against you or you are unable to
pay your debts within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986
or you cease to trade.

Following a review of our business regarding international deliveries,
we are no longer able to accept and process orders for invoice or delivery
outside of the UK. The only exceptions to this rule are orders for delivery
to the Republic of Ireland, to British Forces Post Offices, or to other
British military addresses. In these cases please provide full address and
contact details so we may provide an accurate quotation.This may be reviewed
